Your session time is reserved especially for you. To honor both your time and mine, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client, and the full fee applies.

Life happens — if there is an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. I always aim to meet these situations with understanding and fairness.
