At Soul’s Alchemy Healing, I strive to provide services and offerings with the highest integrity and care. Please read the following policy regarding refunds:

Services (Coaching, Healing, and Energy Sessions)

• All session bookings are non-refundable once completed.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will not be eligible for a refund.

Packages and Programs

• Prepaid packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once started.

• If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from continuing, please contact me directly to discuss possible rescheduling or partial credit at my discretion.

Digital Products, Courses, and Downloads

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience technical issues accessing a product, please reach out for support to ensure you receive what you purchased.

Events, Workshops, and Retreats

• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket/spot to another person by notifying me in advance.

Exceptions
I understand life can bring unexpected situations. Requests for refunds outside of these terms will be considered case by case, though approval is not guaranteed.
